Finca Marowa Details

BEDROOMS:

1. Upstairs is a master suite with king sized bed, private balcony and sofa bed

2. Downstairs bedroom with twin beds, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.

3. Downstairs bedroom with twin beds, ensuite bathroom with shower, wheelchair access.

All bedrooms are fitted with a ceiling fan. A cot and an extra childs' bed are available to put in any of the bedrooms on prior request.

HOUSE EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATIONS:

Electricity and hot water are  provided by solar panels. Water from the borehole is certified safe for drinking.   

There is a small library and a Smart TV. 

WiFi is available in every room, on the terrace and in the pool area.

SWIMMING POOL AREA

The swimming pool is situated close to the house. It is 10 x 3 m and maximum depth is 1.45m.

Beside the pool is a large terrace, grass lawns with sun loungers, hammock and table and chairs for dining. There is also a Petanque area with boules provided and dart board 

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

On arrival the house and surroundings will be freshly cleaned and everything prepared. On request the cleaner will change the linen once in a 2 week rent. She will visit to do essential pool or house maintenance when necessary.

GARBAGE

There is no garbage collection at the finca so please make sure to take your garbage and re-cyclable plastic, glass and paper to the large bins on the edge of every village, the nearest one is in Valdefuentes.

ON DEPARTURE

It is very much appreciated if you leave the house in a clean and tidy state on departure. THANK YOU!
