Finca Marowa, a charming place to stay in Extremadura

Welcome to Finca Marowa, a special place for holidays in the pure nature and deep tranquillity of Extremadura. The house is surrounded by 3.5 hectares of private grounds, woods of holm and cork oak, a sanctuary for bird life.

The house was designed to integrate with nature and to be as ecologically friendly as possible but at the same time highly efficient and comfortable. An idyllic place to spend a revitalizing holiday close to nature with excellent walking trails and bird watching from the finca.

There are three spacious double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plenty of light and good views over the countryside. One downstairs bedroom has wheelchair accessibility.

The sitting room, dining room and  well equipped kitchen with plenty of work space and a central island are designed to be open plan, leading to the covered porch for outside dining with an inviting view of the pool area, an ideal space for families and friends to get together.

As a marvellous plus there is a barbecue by the pool fitted into a traditional clay wine pot which can also be used as an oven for pizza or roasting meat.

Around the house and pool there are cultivated gardens with lawns and a charming shady pergola.

The whole estate is off grid, operated by a powerful solar system and pure spring water pumped from a deep bore hole.
